The physical Wishbone gift card is an invitation to choose – without rushing, without pressure, at your own pace. It was created to give you time and space to decide, rather than impose ready-made solutions.

We print the card on special paper, tie it with a ribbon, and pack it in our Wishbone bag. The whole thing is then mailed to you – ready to give, without any additional preparation.

Inside there is a personal code and text that guides the recipient through this gesture.

After purchase, we send a physical gift card to the address provided.
The card contains an individual code with the selected value, which must be entered in the basket when placing an order in the store.

Purchases can be made for an amount equal to or greater than the value of the card.
If the order value is lower – just contact us and we will find a solution.

💍 Order processing time: The average processing time is 14 business days , and in the case of gold jewelry it can be up to 20 business days .

📨 Tracking Status – Important Information for Orders to Poland

Domestic parcels are individually entered into the InPost and DPD systems immediately after preparation – therefore the customer receives an automatic notification (SMS or e-mail) with the tracking number.
Individual parcels then travel collectively via DPD from Germany to Poland. During this time, the InPost shipment status may remain unchanged, even though the parcel is already on its way.
Only after reaching the InPost or DPD distribution center in Poland is the tracking updated and the shipment is sent to the parcel locker/courier.

🌍 International shipping (EU)

Orders to European Union countries are shipped directly from Germany and full tracking is available from the moment of shipment.

We use courier companies: InPost (Poland), DPD and DHL (EU countries) .
