💍 Order fulfillment time: The fulfillment time (i.e., the moment the finished jewelry leaves our workshop) averages 14 business days, and for gold jewelry, it can be up to 20 business days.
📨 Tracking status – important information for orders to Poland
Domestic parcels are individually entered into the InPost and DPD systems immediately after preparation – therefore, the customer receives an automatic notification (SMS or e-mail) with the tracking number.
Then, individual parcels travel in bulk with DPD from Germany to Poland. During this time, the InPost parcel status may not change, even though the parcel is already in transit.
Only after reaching the InPost or DPD distribution center in Poland is tracking updated, and the parcel goes to a parcel locker / courier.
🌍 International shipping (EU)
Orders to European Union countries are shipped directly from Germany, and tracking works fully from the moment of dispatch.
We use courier companies: InPost (Poland), DPD and DHL (EU countries).
