Returns and complaints

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND COMPLAINTS
1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without giving any reason by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller.
2. To withdraw from the contract, you must return the product that does not show any signs of use. The product must be in the same condition in which the Customer received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings (applies to pierced jewellery) if the seal on the packaging has been removed or broken. Once the seal has been removed, the product is considered to have been opened and is not returnable - in accordance with Article 38, point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.

3. If your return is approved by us, we will refund the funds using the same method that was used to pay or to the account number you provided.

4. The customer has the right to complain about the products within 180 days from the date of receiving the order. To file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, please contact us at the email address: contact@wishbone.pl or via Instagram: @wishbonefinejewellery.

5. The report must include details about the order and a description of the problem.

NOTE FOR ORDERS PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 26, 2025:
Returns and complaints regarding products purchased before February 26, 2025, i.e. before the transfer of the "Wishbone" brand to the current Seller, will be redirected to the previous owner of the brand. The current Seller is responsible for returns and complaints only for orders placed from February 26, 2025. This provision is temporary and is valid until December 31, 2025.
