DELIVERY

We send orders within the country and abroad via the courier company InPost and DPD.

The Wishbone team will make every effort to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT AND COMPLAINT

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without giving a reason, by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.

To withdraw from the contract, you must return the product without any signs of use. The product must be in the same condition in which the customer received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved by us, we will refund the funds using the same payment method or to the account number you provided.

The Customer has the right to complain about products, valid for 180 days from the date of receipt of the order, by submitting a complaint form to the Seller.
