To reduce our carbon footprint, we ship on Thursdays. 🌿📦 We make sure that the courier comes to pick up the parcels as infrequently as possible, which helps reduce our impact on the environment. Shipments take an average of 14 business days because we make each product to order. This makes each item unique and tailored to your needs. Thank you for taking care of the planet together! 💚✨

We ship orders domestically and abroad via the courier companies InPost and DPD.
The Wishbone team will make every effort to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND COMPLAINTS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order without giving any reason by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller.
To withdraw from the contract, you must return the product that does not show signs of use. The product must be in the same condition in which the Customer received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your return is approved by us, we will refund the funds using the same method used to pay or to the account number you provided.

The customer has the right to complain about products for 180 days from the date of receiving the order. To file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, please contact us at the email address: contact@wishbone.pl or via Instagram: @wishbonefinejewellery.

The report may include details about the order and a description of the problem.

NOTE FOR ORDERS PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 26, 2025:

Returns and complaints regarding products purchased before February 26, 2025, i.e. before the transfer of the "Wishbone" brand to the current Seller, will be redirected to the previous owner of the brand. The current Seller is responsible for returns and complaints only for orders placed from February 26, 2025. This provision is temporary and is valid until December 31, 2025.
