📨 Tracking Status – Important Information for Orders to Poland
Domestic parcels are individually entered into the InPost and DPD systems immediately after preparation – therefore the customer receives an automatic notification (SMS or e-mail) with the tracking number.
Individual parcels then travel collectively via DPD from Germany to Poland. During this time, the InPost shipment status may remain unchanged, even though the parcel is already on its way.
Only after reaching the InPost or DPD distribution center in Poland is the tracking updated and the shipment is sent to the parcel locker/courier.

Orders to European Union countries are shipped directly from Germany and full tracking is available from the moment of shipment.
We use courier companies: InPost (Poland), DPD and DHL (EU countries) .
