Rules of the "Share Good Energy" Contest
1 General Provisions
2. The Competition is conducted according to the principles described in these Regulations in accordance with the generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
3. The competition begins on April 28, 2025 at 7:00 AM and ends on May 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM Polish time.
§2. Participants and Rules of the Contest
1. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
2. The Competition is open to a natural person (consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Civil Code), hereinafter referred to as the Participant, who :
and) has read these Regulations and accepted their content and has consented to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition by registering for participation in the Competition;
b) is over 18 years of age and has full legal capacity
c) having a delivery address in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
d) has a public account (profile) on Instagram,
e) complete the Competition Task.
3. Only a person who meets the conditions specified in §2. paragraph 2 may participate in the Competition. Regulations.
4. Employees of the Organiser and entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organiser when organising the Contest on the basis of civil law contracts , as well as members of the immediate family (spouses, ascendants, descendants and siblings) of the above-mentioned persons are excluded from participating in the Contest .
5. In order to participate in the Contest, during its duration, the Participant will complete the Contest Task consisting of posting on their public Instagram account:
· Liking the competition post.
· Writing in the comment what good energy means to the Participant. 🌸
· Sharing the competition post on your story and tagging the person you want to share good energy with.
· Starting to follow @wishbonefinejewellery (if the Participant has not done so yet)
Completing the Competition Task means:
6. Completing all the stages required to participate in the Competition, i.e. liking the competition post, posting a comment about what good energy means to the Participant, sharing the competition post on their story while tagging the person they want to share good energy with, and following the @wishbonefinejewellery profile on Instagram (if the Participant has not done so yet).
Posting content on a public Instagram account, which ensures the organizer can verify compliance with the competition conditions.
7. Only Participants who complete the Competition Task during the Competition will take part in the Competition.
8. A Participant may take part in the Competition only 1 (in words: one) time.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and not take into account in the Competition completed Contest Tasks whose authors :
a) they do not act on their own behalf, but through third parties,
b) operate from fictitious Instagram accounts/profiles;
c) create fictitious Instagram accounts/profiles;
d) violates Instagram's terms and conditions.
e) used in the Contest Task words generally considered offensive, pornographic content, content promoting hatred on racial, ethnic or religious grounds or discriminating against social groups, violated the personal rights of third parties or persons or the Organizer.
§ 3 Rights to completed Contest Tasks
1. The Participant guarantees that the completed Contest Task will not violate any rights or property of the Organizer, third parties , in particular their property and personal copyrights and personal rights .
2. The Participant declares that he/she has exclusive and unlimited copyright to the completed Contest Task and that the completed Contest Task is not encumbered with any rights of third parties and the work has not been published before.
§4. Prizes and selection of Winners
1. In order to ensure the proper conduct of the Competition, the Organizer will appoint a two-person Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Competition Commission. . The tasks of the Competition Committee will include ensuring the proper conduct of the Competition, making decisions on all matters relating to the Competition, including the interpretation of the provisions of these Regulations and selecting Participants who will be awarded the Prizes (hereinafter: Winners ) . The Committee's decisions are final, which does not deprive the Participant of the right to pursue claims arising from the provisions of the law.
2. After the end of the Contest, the Contest Committee will draw Participants of the Contest Tasks and select 13 (in words: thirteen) Winners from among the Participants . , who, in the opinion of the Competition Committee, will complete the Task.
3. The following prizes will be awarded to the Competition winners:

b) Prize II – “Good Energy” + silk “Lucky Bracelet”
c) Prize III – “Good Energy” + silk “Lucky Bracelet”
d) Prize IV - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
e) Prize V - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
f) Prize VI - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
g) Prize VII - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
h) Prize VIII - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
and) Prize IX - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
j) Prize X - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
k) Prize XI - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
l) Prize XII - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
m) Prize XIII - a gift card worth PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) to be used at www.wishbone.pl
4. The prizes are exempt from personal income tax pursuant to Article 21 section 1 item 68 of the Personal Income Tax Act.
5. The Committee will complete the selection of the Winners no later than 04/05/2025.
7. Information about winning the Competition will be sent to the Winners in a private message on Instagram.
8. The condition for receiving the Prize is that the Winner sends an e-mail to the Organizer within 14 days from the date of sending the Prize by the Organizer to the address contact@wishbone.pl information necessary to deliver the Prize, including in particular : first name, last name, e-mail address and correspondence address in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
9. If the Winner fails to provide the data necessary to deliver the Prize within the time limit and in accordance with the principles specified in section 7 above, the Competition Committee will select another Participant to receive the Prize.
10. The Organiser shall not be liable for failure to deliver the Prize to the Participant if the impossibility of delivering the Prize resulted solely from the Participant’s failure to provide the data required for delivery of the Prize or providing incorrect data or data inconsistent with the Rules.
11. Each Prize will be sent once by the Organizer to the following address: indicated by the Winner in the territory of the Republic of Poland within 7 days from the date of sending by the Winner, in response to the information notifying about the awarded Prize, all data enabling the shipment of the Prize.
12. The sponsor of the Prizes is the Organizer.
13. The winner may not transfer the rights to the prize to a third party.
14. The Winner may waive the right to the Prize awarded to him/her by submitting an appropriate written statement to the Organizer.
15. In the Competition you can receive the Prize only 1 (in words: one) time.
16. The prize will be sent to the Participant at the Organizer's expense.
17. The Participant has no right to request an exchange of the Prize for a cash prize.
§5. Personal Data
1. The administrator of the personal data of the Participants is the Organizer. Contact with the organizer is possible by correspondence at the e-mail address contact@wishbone.pl
2. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR, the consent of the Participants to participate in the Contest and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f, i.e. the legitimate interest of the administrator, in particular in the scope of considering complaints and pursuing claims.
3. The personal data of Participants will be processed to the extent and for the purpose necessary to conduct the Competition, select the Winners , consider any complaints and, in the case of Winners , also notify them of the awarding of the Prize and issue the Prize.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but is a condition for issuing Prizes to the Winners or submitting a complaint regarding identification and address data.
5. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the Competition, and after its end until the statute of limitations for any claims or the expiry of the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions , but no longer than for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Competition was conducted.
6. The Organizer implements the rights of data subjects , i.e. access to the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit their processing, the right to transfer data.
7. In the case of processing personal data based on consent, the Participant has the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent requires electronic notification to the e-mail address: contact@wishbone.pl
8. The recipients of the data are: entities providing hosting services, postal services, entities with which the Organizer cooperates as part of accounting and tax services, public authorities on the basis and within the limits of the law, in particular the National Tax Administration, law enforcement authorities.
9. Personal data are not processed automatically and are not subject to profiling.
§ 6. Complaints
1. Contest participants have the right to file a written complaint with the note "Complaint: Contest " Share Good Energy " to the address e-mail contact@wishbone.pl related to the course of the Competition during its duration, as well as up to 14 days after the end of the Competition.
2. The letter containing the complaint should indicate the name and surname of the Participant and the correspondence address to which the response to the complaint will be sent.
3. The Organizer will respond to the complaint to the Participant within 14 days by registered mail sent to the address provided in the letter containing the complaint.
4. A negative consideration of the Participant’s complaint by the Organiser does not exclude the Participant’s right to pursue claims to which he or she is entitled under generally applicable provisions of law , including in court proceedings.
§7. Final provisions and technical information.
1. The regulations enter into force on April 28, 2025.
2. The Competition is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Art. 2 sec. 1 item 9 of the Act on Games and Mutual Wagering of 29 July 1992 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended) and is not subject to the rules contained in the aforementioned Act and implementing regulations to this Act.
3. The Competition Organizer is not responsible for the inability of a potential Participant to submit the completed Competition Task due to reasons attributable solely to the Participant.
4. The Competition Rules are available during the Competition via the public Internet telecommunications network at the following URL: www.wishbone.pl .
5. The Organizer undertakes to make every effort to amicably settle any disputes that may arise in connection with the Contest.
6. The competent court to resolve any disputes is the court with local and subject-matter jurisdiction in accordance with the law.
7. This Contest is in no way sponsored , administered or endorsed by, or associated with, Instagram.
8. The entity solely responsible for conducting the Contest is the Organizer, and Participants agree to release Instagram from any liability that may arise in connection with organizing the Contest.
9. Changing the Regulations requires publishing and informing the Participant about the changes made by the Organizer. Changes may be made only for the reasons of adapting the Regulations to the standards of applicable law .
