Returns and complaints
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason. To withdraw from the contract, please contact us at the following email address: contact@wishbone.pl and then send the Seller a written declaration of withdrawal ( link to the form ).
While it's not mandatory, we'd appreciate it if you'd share your reason for returning your item. We strive to continually improve our products, and your feedback can be a real help.
2. After completing the steps described in point 1, the Customer may return the product if it shows no signs of use. The product must be in the same condition in which the Customer received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Informing the Seller in advance about the withdrawal (point 1) is crucial so that we can correctly register the return in the system, assign it to a specific order and ensure that the returned product is not missed or lost in the handling process.
4. Customers have the right to make complaints about products within 180 days of receiving their order. To file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, please contact us at contact@wishbone.pl or on Instagram: @wishbonefinejewellery.
5. The report must include details about the order and a description of the problem.
6. Pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to custom-made products, including gold jewelry and other products created exclusively after an order is placed, without maintaining stock levels. Such products cannot be returned or exchanged.
