RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND COMPLAINTS
2. To withdraw from the contract, the returned product must be unused. The product must be in the same condition in which the Customer received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings (including pierced jewelry) if the seal on the packaging has been removed or broken. Once the seal has been removed, the product is deemed to have been opened and is non-returnable – in accordance with Article 38, Section 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.
3. If your return is approved by us, we will refund the funds using the same payment method or to the account number you provided.
4. Customers have the right to make complaints about products within 180 days of receiving their order. To file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, please contact us at contact@wishbone.pl or on Instagram: @wishbonefinejewellery.
5. The report must include details about the order and a description of the problem.
6. Pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to custom-made products, including gold jewelry and other products created exclusively after an order is placed, without maintaining stock levels. Such products cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTE FOR ORDERS PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 26, 2025:
Returns and complaints regarding products purchased before February 26, 2025, i.e., before the transfer of the "Wishbone" brand to the current Seller, will be redirected to the previous brand owner. The current Seller is responsible for returns and complaints only for orders placed on or after February 26, 2025. This provision is temporary and valid until December 31, 2025.
